Just Flow with It

Most of you know by now that I work in marketing/ adverting. I love my job, let me say that right off the bat, but Fabulously Full Figured is my passion. I love clothes, shoes, hair, nails anything GIRL. Working with the companies that I have been blessed to work with over the years has opened my eyes to lots of things. There are so many beautiful people in this world and we come in all shapes and sizes. I happen to be 5"11 and full figured( loving it). But I have to tell you that I am about my health. I think that we as a society put to much emphasis on being thin and not enough on being healthy. I exercise everyday except for Sundays, I eat good food, and guess what I am still full figured. My body has changed, it is firmer in the right places, my clothes are smaller, however I am still full figured!  Stop comparing yourself to other people, you are a beautifully wonderful, beautiful human being! You can be a size 2 and be  unhealthy. Please yourself and if they don't love you as a 22, then they are not worth loving when you are a 12! Love and honor who you are and what you have, because there is only one you!

Plus size and the heat!

Hello All!
As most of you know I have been traveling a bit, for pleasure(usually its for business). The last couple of weeks I have been in Texas where it feels like 110 degrees everyday. So we spent a lot  of time at the pool and we are going to the Caribbean next week. So it is important that I have great swimwear.
For most full figured women going to the pool, being fashionable is a must and yes I am one of those women. Last year I had a horrible time trying to find the perfect swimsuit, however this year I had a couple of them sent to me by clients and I am going to tell you my absolute  favorite ones.

This one is from Mod Cloth and it fits very well. I really love this suit because it it truly flattering. and very reasonably prices. This is a great suit if you really want to swim and still look cute.

My other favorite is from Monif C.When my client told me that she was sending me this suit, I was so excited. I remembered when the ad was shot for Monif C swimwear, I was telling myself I have to have that suit! This swimsuit is sexy, classy and flattering. This is one that all full figured woman should have in there closet. This is one of those " look at just how fabulous I am swimsuits!

So just keep in mind that whether you are a size 2 or 32  you can find a great swimsuit.

Chow for now and love yourself!

Your Foundations

Today I am going to share with you something that has been on my mind for sometime. Full Figured Women letting it all hang loose. Now there is nothing wrong with loving your body, because I love every inch of mine. However there is a right and a wrong way to carry yourself.Last week, I was on a job and the designer was casting models. His clothes are wonderfully elegant and he is a very well known designer. This is the first time that I was able to talk him in to using actual FFW( Full Figured Women) so of which are friends on my Facebook page.

Needless to say that most of these ladies are stunning, totally and completely beauty. Most of them were very well put together, then there was those who had left the house without the proper foundations. Now use like a house, if you build it with a bad foundation or it has a crack in it's foundation it is going to crumble, correct? So why would you leave the house without yours?

Ladies, your bras, underwear, panty hose, SPANX are all a part of your outfit, they hold you up and in, they smooth you out. They make your perfect outfit look FABULOUS!!!!  If some of the most famous Skinny women wear them, Kim K, Gweneth Partrow, Beyonce, then you know they must work. There is nothing wrong in loving your body, but if you look in the mirror and there are things out of place there is nothing wrong with loving your SPANX.

Full Figured Monday Inspiration

This weeks inspiration is non other than Whitney Thompson, I really love Whitney. I had the opportunity to meet her at a shoot that I was doing with a client and she is the bomb. Not only is she a Full Figured model , but the first plus size model to win on America's Next Top Model( cycle 10).
Whitney received favorable reviews on her looks and photo shoots on and off. She was often accused of being too beauty pageantry and was even once compared to Anna Nicole Smith (who's idea was it to turn her into a blonde anyway - oh yeah, Tyra's) We all know that Anna Nicole was Beautiful!. Despite the negativity she managed to maintain and win the title. Whitney this weeks FFF.
